Over the past decade, working closely with builders, land developers and real estate groups, I have focused on positioning property projects to convert. From high-impact listings to refining buyer journeys, the goal has always been quality engagement that leads to measurable results. I have seen how the right positioning can elevate a business from being just another option to becoming a recognised leader.
At the same time, I noticed a consistent gap. Companies were investing heavily in marketing and well-designed websites, yet the first live interaction online — the chat box — remained static and underused. Instead of qualifying prospects and guiding them thoughtfully, most chat systems simply collected basic details or gave generic replies. There was a clear disconnect between marketing spend and meaningful engagement.
